How is the case pricing realized?
Each case is unique and requires different effort and time depending on its details. In this regard, we do not consider it appropriate to set a standard attorney fee without learning the content of the case or your expectations from our office.
How long does it take for my case to be finalized?
The periods of the cases vary depending on their nature. In addition, following your case closely by your attorney in a slow-operating legal system would noticeably shorten the period required for solving the dispute.
How are notifications about the cases carried out?

Where is your office?
In addition to regular meetings held with the client, notifications about all cases and works followed by our office are sent to the clients via e-mail. In addition, for the clients who do not wish to use e-mail, these notifications are made in the same way by telephone.
What are the services offered under a monthly legal counselling services contract?
Within the scope of a monthly legal counselling services contract, we provide advocacy and consultancy services in such areas for which individuals or traders and companies need our services. In this regard, we first come together with the parties to determine the areas where our clients need our services, and we provide legal services to our clients without charging any "additional attorney fees" with respect to the matters agreed upon.
What kind of legal support is provided within respect to the Acquisition of Citizenship?
Our office performs the filing, following, and finalization of foreigners’ applications for acquiring Turkish citizenship as well as of applications for stay permits or extensions thereof for foreigners who wish to live in Turkey.
What should be considered before the sale process with respect to the acquisition of citizenship through purchase of an immovable property?
In addition to the legal support that our foreign clients would receive during the citizenship process, it is also important that they have legal knowledge about the immovable properties before the sale process. Our office provides legal support to its clients in this respect.
